Q.8: How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is very easy. Just follow below 3 simple steps.

Enter your Tracking Number and Order ID.

Q.9: What should I do if I never received my order, but the courier tracking shows it as delivered?
If the courier tracking number shows the order as delivered but you haven't received it, it may be due to an incorrect address provided during the order placement. In such cases, as stated in our shipping policy, NowHealMe.com is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses with errors from the customer's end. We recommend ensuring the accuracy of the address provided during the order placement process.
Q.10: What if the courier delivered my order to a different address than the one I provided?
If there is an error from the courier's end and they delivered the order to a different address, NowHealMe.com will assist you and issue a replacement. Please contact us at support@NowHealMe.com to resolve the issue.
Q.11: What happens if my order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided?
If the courier was unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to NowHealMe.com. In such cases, NowHealMe.com may not be held liable for a full refund. However, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement free of charge to assist our customers.

After that timeframe, the package will be handled by the courier company, and any changes would be out of our control.

To update address and shipment information, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24-48 hours after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes or modifications.

NowHealMe.com should not be held liable for any refunds or replacements if the shipment information provided was not corrected before shipment, specifically within the 24-hour timeframe.
